This family-owned realty company wants to show that even though they offer sellers the same rates as the big-box apps, their service is unmatched.
INSIGHT
Though in the past, 24:15 has portrayed themselves as a family-value realty company, they would like to move past this characterization and into one of the mid-size, competitive firm they have become over the years.
PROJECT CHALLENGES
The principal challenge with this project was highlighting the personal service 24:15 Realty retained while simultaneously showing they’ve become competitive and polished.
CONCEPT
24:15 Realty offers the same 1% rate as larger, web-based realty companies like RedFin by using real agents, not programming. 24:15’s comptititive rates are based on experienced agents and personal service. 24:15 Realty is the anti-algorithm.
